Applicant applying under Chapter 18 cannot list any other codes. Applicant wanting to claim any other codes in addition to Chapter 18 shall not qualify for the grant and shall pay the standard rate as other exhibitors.

Commercial companies are allowed to co-locate with their partner institutes/ colleges within the R&I pavilion. However, the commercial companies won’t be entitled to the R&I packages or subsidies. They would need to apply as a regular exhibitor.

Application for the grant is subject to approval by CEMATEX and Consortium. Applicant will be informed of the amount of grant provided to them when they receive their certificate of admission (COA). The grant amount will be deducted off directly from the balance 80% invoice.

Applicant accepting the grant under Chapter 18 must be located in the R&I pavilion and use the services and shell scheme provided by the Organiser. Surcharges for open sides will be applicable on basic stand rental charge, based on the number of sides allocated to the exhibitor by the Organiser. More details can be found in the ITMA ASIA + CITME 2020 General regulations, Article A9.

Grant provided will be up to 50% of the shell scheme package (including space rental) to qualified exhibitors, only on the first 15 square metres of every stand.
